The main profiles we are looking for
A junior consultant, after a training period of 24 to 36 months, is typically promoted to the position of senior consultant. The more experienced consultants take part in the development of the consulting firm and the management.
Senior consultant in risk management
You work for teams dedicated to:
- organisation, change management and IT deployment in trading floors
- projects requiring financial markets, mathematics and technology expertise, such as valuation of financial products, P&L reporting and risk indicators calculations.
For example:
- setup of new trading platforms
- analysis of regulatory rules, and their implications in terms of implementation, business development and strategy
- support of financial institutions during regulators’ auditing processes
You work closely with the firm’s partners and take part in project management while keeping a close relationship with the clients. You contribute to the firm’s business development and operations.
You have worked at least 3 years for a consulting firm or a financial institution, and have a good knowledge of risk management.
You have a strong quantitative educational background (MSc/PhD in financial engineering, statistics or computer programming) from a top-tier university or engineering school (Cambridge, Imperial College, Oxford, Paris VI/VII, ENS, Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec, Mines de Paris, Pont’s et Chaussées, Ensimag etc.)…
You are known for your communication skills and team spirit.
Quant
You work on consulting, organisation and project management assignments within Front Office/Middle Office/Back Office and Risk Management departments.
These projects can be decomposed into 3 major axis:
- Quantitative modeling for validation or innovative pricing
- Steering of IT implementation (prop systems, SUMMIT, MUREX, SOPHIS, CALPYSO, FERMAT etc.)
- Organisational change management
You work closely with the firm’s partners and take part in project management while keeping a close relationship with the clients. You contribute to the firm’s business development and operations.
You have worked at least 3 years for a consulting firm or a financial institution, and have a good knowledge of risk management.
You have a strong quantitative educational background (MSc/PhD in financial engineering, statistics or computer programming) from a top-tier university or engineering school (Cambridge, Imperial College, Oxford, Paris VI/VII, ENS, Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec, Mines de Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, etc.).
You are known for your communication skills and team spirit.
IT Quant
You work in assignments within Front Office and IT departments implementing financial libraries or algorithmic trading strategies.
For example:
- Implementing pricers (C++, C#, or Java)
- Implementing and optimising pricing algorithms (Monte-Carlo)
- Implementing and optimising HFT algorithms
You work closely with the firm’s partners and take part in project management while keeping a close relationship with the clients. You contribute to the firm’s business development and operations.
You have worked at least 3 years for IT departments within trading floors or have a strong expertise in multi-threading and low latency.
You have a strong quantitative educational background (MSc/PhD in financial engineering, statistics or computer programming) from a top-tier university or engineering school (Cambridge, Imperial College, Oxford, Paris VI/VII, ENS, Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec, Mines de Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, Ensimag, etc.).
You are known for your communication skills and team spirit.
